In my perspective, possibly everything is connected to or related to culture. Any decision, event, meeting and also interactions have a huge part of values and culture in them. Culture can be a verb in that our actions are used to shape our culture. How we cook, how we dance, how we dress is a choice we make. Therefore, our actions shape our culture.
culture is all around us and its nonstop, it evolves, the way most humans live their life and the things they believe has come from being apart of a culture of some sort. the most creative art and design, the best dances etc have all come from culture. So yes i see culture as a verb because it makes people want to get up everyday and do something great for their culture.
I think verb means dance. Dance is a way of spreading culture. Since ancient times, when people of different cultures have gathered to share their respective cultures, dancing is the most direct and easily accepted method.
